Hi - I'm new to this site. I'm looking for advice/help in fixing my thermador downdraft exhaust fan. Model # UCV245DS/01. I push the on button to raise the unit and it worked fine. Then about 10 senonds later all the buttons lit up. I tried to press each button, none of then worked. Some guys told me that the Operating Mudule or Control Board is demaged, then I purchased these two parts and replace the old one. It still not working. I had to unplug it to get all buttons lit off. Is there some kind of switch that can go bad? Some other broken parts? Is anybody have the service manual for this model? Please help.
