Need to find Part

Model Number: 38HA-6TVW Brand: Magic Chef Age: 5 - 10 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

I called an Appliance Repair company to come look at my oven. It doesn't heat to the proper temperature but the stovetop and broiler both work. They said it was probably due to the "Thermo Controle". They were going to check to see if they could get the part but a week later said that they could not find one. Do you know where I could find this part?
