The bake element is very slow to reach set temp. I have replaced clock controll and oven temp sensor. Problem still exists sometimes it takes 10 minutes for heat to start to rise and it takes 45 plus minutes to reach set temp. I can hear the relay click on and off. Do I need to replace the circuit board?:confused:
