Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

I have a fridgidare gas range. When the oven is on, the top burners blow out (like they dont have enough air). The range and top work great when only using one at a time. Any Ideas?

Gas valve is good, regulator is good. Adjusted oven flame (lower) and still same result.
