Most likely the problem is a bad ignition switch. What is the complete model number of the unit?

The model number is 790.79213300, if it is a bad ignitor switch, do you have any idea how to access it as I know the top is sealed top(can't open it).

elee,

I need you to do one thing before we will proceed further. Turn the knob for the burner which is not clicking to open the gas and, keeping it "on", turn any other knob to let the other burner click. Did the first burner click and light up?

Post the result.
