To whom it concern:
I purchased a parts from your company the models # is AP2632973 and AP205881. Everything is working, the burnes and the oven "but" the display that show the time and the oven temp. I would like to know if we did anything wrong or do we have to remove anything from those parts?like plastic or something? please replay as soon as possblie. thank you :)

Mima,

I don't quite understand the question,

As I understand it,

You replaced the clock/control, and the face plate ?

And now there is a problem with the display ?

If the display is blurry, or hard to see or read,

Yes, there are clear plastic covers attached to the face plate and the clock display, that need to be removed, when you install the component.

If the display is blank, I would have to guess there is a wiring problem, or you recieved new malfunctioning clock/control.

:) :) :)
