Oven not working....continual PF light on ....replaced the control panel...it came in but in the wrong color...it worked perfect...I returned the panel that was the wrong color and received & installed the new one..the ribbon on the new panel looks different (told it would work same)......the PF light stays on and oven doesn't work. Holding button 5 seconds or more did not work for me. Thanks

What is the complete model number of the range?

What are the part number of both parts you installed?

This model number is incomplete. The part number you posted does not look like a valid Whirlpool part number. Please verify all numbers and repost it.

How the "PF" error code showed up the very first time?

Were you able to set the time of the day?

What is the color of the control panel?

Both part numbers you posted are for the black control panels but they are absolutely different and are not interchangeable.

Don't remember what caused the PF light to come/stay on. Yes, the panel is black...Cannot change the time, its working tho. The very first part that I replaced was part #W10122300. The second part I replaced part #WPL9757475 (wrong color) but it worked. Returned it for the part I have now which is the part #W10122302 that I'm having trouble with...

The control panels with the part numbers W10122300 and W10122302 are absolutely identical. The only difference is the color. Also the installation instructions included in the kit are absolutely the same for both parts.

The part with the part number 9757475 is the electronic control board. This part is located behind the control panel and the color of it does not matter. If this part fixed the problem then this is the correct solution.

You probably did not understand the difference between the control panel (#1 on the diagram) and the control board (#3 on the same diagram).
