we had cooked dinner in the oven and after it was completed We were unable to open the oven door. We were able to turn off the oven, however, we could not open the oven door even after it cooled. I am unable to locate the manual so I don't know model number-can you help us figure out how we can open the door? It is a self cleaning unit and I moved the lever back and forth but it still does not open-Help!!!
