Model Number: FEF74ASE   Brand: Frigidaire   Age: 1 - 5 years   

the oven takes 10-15 min. to preheat, can i reset or is this normal

Does your bake element glow cherry red when in preheat?

yes the heating element glows bright red

Your oven may turn on the broil element also in preheat just check your users guide. If so, you have a bad broil element.
