Some keypad button not working
Model Number: JVM1740WMC01 Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a GE over the range microwave and recently the fan and # 2 button stopped working. After we finish making dinner New Years eve, the fan would not turn off, so I disconnect the power and latrer reconnedt it and since then those 2 buttons will not work. I was just advised by parts that the control panel p/n# AP3993899 is the part that can fix it. Is this something I can do on my own or do I need the professionals?
