Our has been doing a similar type “f’g” at us, but it happens when the oven reaches at least 450+. We had the clock/sensor replaced about seven yr ago, but is no longer available.

Until we decide on a replacement oven, I found it doesn’t F me if it’s set no higher than 350 and I DON’T open the door. Altho, I haven’t tried higher, yet. FYI-- We think the sensor doesn’t like the hot steam emanating from the open oven door. Also checking the net for a replacement sensor/clock.
