It is a GE so getting any tech info on it is nearly impossible but it would be very uncommon for a stove to have a master fuse/breaker.
Odds are that it is a house wiring problem. The lights and control all use 120 volts but the elements need 240.
Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times let it sit for 10 minutes or so between resets, sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker. Then when you check at the stove use a stove top element so you van see if it starts to heat up. If this does nothing, check the voltage at the plug L1 to L2 should be 240 volts L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts. If OK Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out If OK Check the power at the terminal strip.
