Model Number: JT910SOA2SS Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
My customer claims when she preheats the oven it will come up to temp and then when she puts the food in to bake it takes a long time to come up to temp. Any suggestions? Thanks-

I would say that either the oven isn't actually getting to temp or that the oven sensor is telling the controls that it is. Check the oven sensor.
