Not sure of exact age, stove is in house I am renting. I replaced the safety valve (regulator) for the main gas line that regulates the amount of gas to stove top and oven. The element that ignites the oven heats up, but the burners do not ignite. How often, or likely is it, that the burners have both become defective at the same time?
