wall oven - cannot regulate temperature turn on & temp climbs to max

What is the complete model number of the oven?

it is a frigidaire wall oven - cannot locate a model number- unit dates to 1965 - the front door has the word FLAIR - can you still get parts?

Most likely the problem is a bad oven thermostat. The unit is very old and there is very small chance to find parts. Try to get a part number from the old thermostat. write down all numbers available and post them.
