Model Number: super capacity 465   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 5 - 10 years

The oven on my gas range will not stay on. It will only light when cold. If you adjust the temperature when lit it will go out and not relight until completely cold again.Also if a burner is lit, the oven will not light. Sometimes if the oven is on it will go out if you light a burner. Very frustrating. Can you help?

According to Whirlpool instructions the correction for an intermittent Bake burner operation is to replace the Bake burner with the modified part to assure consistent oven ignition and performance.

- The part number for the Bake burner assembly is AP3598752
