Greetings, I am a first time user of this site and am hopeful you all may be able to help me. About a month ago, due to my own clumsiness, I cracked the glasstop of my Jenn-Air range. Up until this past weekend, the range was full operable. On Sunday, however, my control panel stopped 'cooperating'. The digital control panel is still keeping accurate time, but none of the touch buttons on the panel are responsive. I'm no longer able to get my oven to bake, my warming center to function or my timers to respond. I am, however, able to use all of the burners. I reviewed the manual, and tried to 'unlock' the panel by holding down the 'back' & 'enter' buttons at the same time, but nothing happened. Is my control panel fried, or does anyone have any suggestions to try and get it working again? Also, IF I get the panel operating again, is the glasstop replacement an easy fix? Are all of these repairs even worth it, or should I just start over with a new unit? Any suggestions, comments, or advise is hugely appreciated. Many thank yous, BB
