GE XL44 Oven wont maintain temp
Model Number: JGBP35GEP Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years
I have a ge oven model xl 44(JGBP35GEP) and the inside of the oven does not maintain temp.The top burners and broiler work fine.You set the oven for say 425 and it lights but when you open the door it does not feel that warm .The burners wont stay lit.Do you have a suggestion??

Sounds like the bake glowbar has failed, you can take a resistance reading of the glowbar. A good glowbar will read between 50-150 ohms
