Everything on the oven works except the BAKE function and the OVEN LIGHT. The light does come on when I open the door. The BAKE, OVEN LIGHT, "6" and "9" buttons do not beep when pressed. Is this a control issue or is there something wrong with the keypad?

Most likely the problem is a bad key pad, which is a part of the control panel.

- The part number for the control panel is AP3461264
