My bottom oven bakes & broils. My top oven does neither. The top oven hasn't worked for a while and as well as I remember, the bottom element went out slowly. I noticed it wouldn't heat to the set temp and then finally wouldn't heat at all. All the controls and lights come on on the touch pad. But, when I set the bake temp. it beeps right away (like it did when it reached the set temp). I switched the bake element from the top oven and it works in the bottom oven so I know its not the element. Any help on what could be wrong and how to repair it would be most helpful.
