Door remained locked after a self cleaning cycle. I would like to take the top of the range off in order to manually unlock the door. It displays error 43.


It also has an 360 degree dial on the top of the range to select various operations like "Bake" "Warming drawer" "Broil" etc. Can this dial be pried off without damaging anything?
