Dear Forum,

I own the above range, my dual element burner, inner ring and outer ring only come on in HIGH heat and will not adjust down no matter where I turn the switch. Can anyone please tell me how to test the switch? Id like to check the conintuity between the terminals on the back of the switch with the wires off and also Id like to test the voltage readings, but am not sure how to test this??? Please give me detailed directions to test the switch. I GREATLY appreciate your help and advice!!! I purchased the current switch from Appliance Parts Pro about two years ago. When I turn the switch in one direction the inner ring comes on, on high heat only and when I turn the switch to the other side the entire ring comes on only on high heat.
