The dual burner on the cooktop seems to only work at high heat. Burns everything. The other three burners all work fine. Is there a switch or thermostat I can replace...and instructions.

There is a limiter which comes as a part of the heating element. It makes the heating element cycling on and off in order to prevent the glass top from heat abuse. So the problem can be a bad heating element (limiter) as well as the infinite switch for this burner.

- The dual heating element Part number: AP3842098
Part number: AP3842098

- The dual element infinite switch Part number: AP3777761
Part number: AP3777761

The infinite switch can be accessed by removing the rear panel. Label all wires connected to the switch before removing them.

In order to remove the heating element:
Open the oven door.
Remove the two cooktop bracket screws from the bottom front of the cook top.
Pull the cooktop forward far enough to unhook it from the top of the range.
Lift the front of the cooktop and rest it against the control panel.
CAUTION: Be careful that the cooktop does not accidentally fall forward.
Label all wires connected to the element you are going to remove.
Remove the wires from the element.
Remove the element bracket screws for the element you are servicing.
