I finally got the model numbers.

My problem is that this natural gas stove turns on, but only one burner lights up at one time. The other 3 does not light. But I can turn the first one off, and any of the other ones can turn on. Oven works.

Feels like it is low on pressure. The single burner does not turn up to a more powerful flame when the nozzle is turned from low to high power.

I have asked the gas company to check to make sure the gas pressure is normal (no plugged or dirty pipe). They said pressure is normal at the furnace and also at the stove.

I check to make sure the gas source valve is completely on.

What else could cause this? What should I consider? Thanks for your help. Gene

Did the Gas company test the pressure , with the unit(s) under a load ?
(with all the burners on and burning ?)

Or did they do a "static" test ?
That's the more common test, and not very reliable for your complaint.

If they insist everything is correct, then you would want to replace the gas regulator,
