The control panel does not work, nor do any of the function keys. All of the smoothtop elements work as well as the two red indicator lights. The oven does not work. Bought a new control board, and of course, that wasn't the problem. Has anyone have any suggestions? We tried disconnecting power for 5 minutes or more, that didn't work. Wealso tried depressing the clock button for 5 seconds, that didn't work.

What do you mean, your new ERC(clock) doesn't function ?

No clock display, no display at all etc., or do you have a display and can't program cycles ?

Did you review your User's Manual, and attempt to lock / unlock your control ?

If you have no display at all, you'll need a multi meter to check and make sure you have 120 VAC to the ERC on connector P2, across the two wires pin#1 Black and pin#7 White, you should read 120 VAC.

If you have the voltage and your clock is still malfunctioning,

You'll need to re order a new ERC / clock .
