Viking Model: VGR36-4GD-BK ; 15,000 BTU on Burners, Gridddle, Broiler and 28,000 on Bake. Size of stove 36" wide and counter height. We have a gas line already. Do we need additional air intake to furnace? If so is that a big job, and does it hike the utility bill noticeably? We do not know how old the stove is or why they are selling. We are going to look at it tomorrow. What are the most important things to know about a stove to make sure we do not buy a problem? Thanks, Beko.
