My Majic Chef electic stove Model 38fk-6txw sometimes shows an F2 error code - over temperature-too hot - even though it is not too hot. It will work OK for several days but then the F2 will appear. What is the problem? Thanks

Sounds like the sensor is going out.
Here's the breakdown of your unit Model 38FK-6TXW.

The sensor is # 31 on the first page.
