Our FRONT LEFT burner will not shut off after it has been used. The stove needs to be unplugged in order for it to turn off. We are not receiving any error messages only the "hot surface" light remains on and the burner continues to glow red, turns off, then glows red again and so on (as it does when normally warming up). I do not know how to tell if it is in need of a switch replacement or something more. We have done appliance repairs before just unsure where to start with this one. Thank you for any help!
