Just purchased a new Oven Electronic Control Board from Appliancepartspros. My original board part# is WB27T10065 but part# WB27T10272 was shipped as a replacement. Installed the new board but with one fewer connection available, specifically L1B. Therefore, I connected the pigtail (two connectors spliced to one line) to the only connection available which was L1A on the new board. After power up the control panel seems to work just fine with the displays of clock, temp, bake/broil. However, the oven does not heat up! A few questions; 1) Is WB27T10272 the right replacement board even though connection L1B is missing? 2) What actions can I take to troubleshoot the oven problem of not heating up even though the control board displays the oven temp set and bake on lights. 3) Does the oven have in-line fuses or other components that can be checked. Be advised the original ECB shorted out when water leaked down from the gas range top.
