Model Number: sf380lek Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
oven pre-heats but won't stay at desired temp. Just bought a new sensor from you guys but now thinking it's something to do with electronics? any thoughts?

I do not think the sensor is somehow involved in this problem. I need you to describe more specifically, step by step, what and how it's going on. Also there are missing one more letter and digit in the model number.
