We changed out the oven ignitor but the oven still doesn't work. What else could be the problem?

Disconnect the igniter and check it for continuity. If there is no continuity then the igniter is defective and has to be replaced.

If the igniter is good then check for 120VAC to the igniter while the control calls for Bake.

If there is no 120VAC then disconnect wires from both Bake terminals on the gas safety valve (#214 on the break down diagram) and check for continuity between these terminals. Replace the gas safety valve if it's open.

If the gas safety valve is fine then replace the control board.

- The part number for the gas safety valve is AP2022753

- The part number for the igniter AP2014008

- The part number for the control board is AP2025074

Gene.
P.S. The igniter must be a round style only.
