Turn on exhaust, fan works, but exhaust suction does not start and squealing does. About 2 minutes later the exhaust starts to work & squealing stops. Someone said bearings. Any suggestions?

Oh. Well, thanks for sending me a comment. I turned the exhaust on again tonight but first I heated the oven to 300 degrees first; it squealing for about 30 seconds then started blowing the exhaust. I got a price from AppliancePartsPros.com on a motor for approx. $126. and an appliance guy will put it in for $75. Maybe that will make it all work out.:D
