My electric wall oven can be set at any temperature for baking and the true temperature in the oven will be 100 degrees less than I set the oven for. When I replaced the sensor it did not affect the problem. The oven is over twenty years old. Should I pursue replacing another part to try to fix it or just get a new oven? If I should replace another part, what would that be?
