problem after self clean

Model Number: kgsk901sss01 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 1 - 5 years

After self cleaning is chosen, oven will not heat and light wil not turn off. what do I do otehr than changing door latch mechanism.

will someone tell me how to reset door latch. I dont think it needs to be replaced
