Model Number: AGR5735QDQ Brand: Amana Age: 1 - 5 years
The digital display has a light the is lit solid "BAKE" once the oven gets to temp. When the oven shuts itself off this light starts flashing. The burners work fine. There is no fail display code showing. When you turn the oven back on the temp has gone down several degreess and needs to reheat again to continue cooking. IF it is the power supply, can you please give me a part number. If it is the wire harness connections, do you suggest just tightening those connections first to see if that is the easy fix. If so, how do I get to the harness safely?

I would begin by looking at the oven temperature sensor. It should have a resistance of about 1100 Ohms at room temperature. Also check to make sure your wiring connectors are tightly connected.
