RG, The F1 code indicates a stuck relay on the ERC. The cooling fan on, all the time could also be due to a stuck relay and or a bad oven temp. sensor Part number: AP4009009 I would reccomend you check your sensor resistance first (it could also trigger a F1 code). The sensor resistance should be less than 1,100 ohms at room temperature(72dgrs). The resistance at 210 dgrs(boiling water) should be 1,350 to 1,400 ohms.
