goHello, my lower-right burner on this cooktop, Jenn-Air JED8430ADB
went bad recently. It would work sometimes and sometimes not. I ordered partnum 12002125 from you based on my research.

It looks different from the old switch, probably due to redesign. But I am having a hard time figuring out how to get it installed (ie which wires to which terminals).

I would greatly appreciate some assistance with this. I saw this thread
http://forum.appliancepartspros...-switch-replacement.html
but that seems to be a different cooktop.

Thanks for your time and attention.

OP again... it's solved using a bit of reading and the help from Joe in that linked thread. I got thrown at first by the mention of a 'brown' wire, which I didn't think my unit had. Turned out to be beige which I was mistaking for yellow in bad light.

Thanks for this nice forum and business. And I don't know how that "go" got into the thread before the Hello. Fat fingers I suppose.
