1.THE THERMOSTAT IS IN THE OFF POSITION, BUT THE INGNITOR ELEMENT WILL GLOW. THE TOP OF THE OVEN IS WARM.

2. WHEN WE DO TURN THE THERMOSTAT TO A DISIRED TEMPERATURE. tHE INGNITOR ELEMENT GLOWS, BUT THE THE GAS DOES NOT COME OUT TO LIGHT. IF WE LEAVE THE THERMOSTAT ON THE DESIRED SETTING AND TURN THE GAS OFF AT THE SOURCE, WAIT 5 MINUTES, TURN THE GAS ON, IT WILL LIGHT. iT DOES KEEP GOING OFF THOUGH. WHAT'S UP ???? HELP
