Cooktop Burner Control Light ON when Burner if OFF

Model Number: KERC507HBS3 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 1 - 5 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

One of the burner control lights is always on, although the burner is off.

The burner seems to work fine.

Is there something that controls the light only?

The switch is bad for that surface unit, The only way to repair it is to replace the switch.

how do you replace the switch?Because I am having the same problem with my Kenmore electric oven/stove
