Model Number: AOES3030E Brand: Amana Age: More than 10 years
I've had a string of bad luck with this oven lately, recently replacing the clock module and relay control board, and then the clock dying within a couple of months. It's been back working for a couple of weeks, but last night, I smelled a burning smell coming from the oven (but nothing cooking was burning) and the temperature started dropping, as if it stopped baking. For a while (before the previous troubles), the oven was running about 15-20 degrees low, even after calibrating the temp to +35.
Is this indicative of a burned out baking element? Is there something else that could be the culprit? How do I access the element if that's the problem? Thanks for the help. Ads By Google Related Models |
