self clean oven door will not lock
Model Number: 62642 Brand: Amana Age: 5 - 10 years
Have never used self cleaning feature, tried today, oven door will not lock.

Junklady, The F9 code is telling us that the main control is not seeing the proper circuit back from the self clean latch switch circuit. However, we need a proper Model number, in order to research and advise you of checks and parts you may need. Thanks,
