F 1 on screen & beeping

F 1 on screen & beeping

Model Number: FES340VW1 Brand: Roper Age: More than 10 years

the F 1 appears on the screen & beeping follows, it will cease upon pressing the cancel key, what can we do to have a final reset or if a replacement of hardware is necessary are we able to successfully order such parts? the stove was purchased new in 1992 - we look forward to your reply!!!
