GE Oven Probe light keeps beeping and flashing

I have a double Ge Monogram ELectric Wall Oven. Last night the oven started beeping and the probe light is flashing. I turned the circuit breaker off. Any idea what this can be- Oven is over 14 years old wondering if worth it to have someone out to check.
