JBP21 is not a complete model number. Could you post the complete number?

Default Model# JBP21BY2WH

Also, if I turn the oven on, it seems to heat to the correct temp, but when I turn the oven off, the temp increases. Not sure how hot it will get. I hit the breaker after it heated to about 450.

It's just the bottom burner too. Not the broiler.

Sounds like the bake relay on the control board is bad. The relay's part of the board and is not available separately. Replace the board and it should be back to normal.
