hello. in the broiler part on the bottom - when turning the oven on there is glow but no flame - sometimes gas smell and sometimes no gas smell. stove top burners work fine. maybe the glow is not bright enough? maybe some kind of gas valve in there? thanks!

Most likely the problem is a bad (weak) oven igniter. The solution is to replace it. - The oven igniter Part number: AP4012072

i have the same problem..i was (am still) sure it is the oven igniter, but i have a guy looking at my oven and he claims that is the pilot light and he wants to change the entire pipe etc.
What you guys think? there is a pilot light in this oven?
