I used the self cleaning function, and when done the do would not unlock.
How do I get to the mortor to replace it? Is it under the cooling fan?

Hi Dan,

The first thing I would do is restart the self clean like you are going to run it again. Keep it "on" for a minute, then turn it "off'. In most cases it helps to unlock the door.
