Default upper and lower burners not consistent
Model Number: WUE35000   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: More than 10 years

Yesterday oven set to 450F. Lower burner went on but would not warm up past 300F. Then upper burner came on even when not on broil.

Today both burners come on when set to 200F.

Any thoughts?
