The bottom heating element on my wall oven doesn't heat up. I assumed it was the heating element and replaced it, but it still doesn't heat up. The broil element seems to work fine on the broil setting. The broil element comes on when using the bake setting, but the oven won't get above about 285 degrees and the bake element never comes on. Just wondering if there was a relay somewhere to replace or if it might be the control panel.

I am having the same issue. Bottom element doesn't heat up and if ts the control panel I just found out that ts discontinued and no one seems to have the part. My model # is PLEB30s8ccb if anyone has one. I'm hoping its the bottom element but how do I check? Anybody?
