My GE Profile oven has worked great for 9 years.
This weekend, my wife said the start button wouldn't work. All of the other buttons beeped when pressed, but not start (so there was no way to heat the oven)
So naturally, I went in and pushed all of the buttons about 1000 times before coming to the same conclusion.
The following day, the oven beeped randomly throughout the day... apparently all of those start button presses were in a buffer and slowly caught up. I hit the bake button, then waited, and sure enough on the next beep it registered a start, and began to heat.

Now it still doesn't work - but now when I hit bake, that button doesn't beep either.

Can you recommend which part(s) to replace?

I've got to try something soon - before she starts thinking about a new oven! Help!
