Wirlpool Micorwave blows fuse when I press start magnetron or transformer

I have a whirlpool microwave it blows the main 20amp fuse in the microwave when I press start it hums then blows the fuse I replaced the HV capactitor and the HV diode. I dont know were to go next ? the magnetron or the HV transformer. I need help Thanks

Is their any voltage at the HV capactitor when the microwave is pluged in?
